Amy Adams in full Amy Lou Adams (born on 20th August 1974, Aviano Italy) American actress, especially noted for her critically acclaimed performance of charming and naive characters. Adams was born in Italy and her father was with the U.S. military and she lived living in Castle Rock Colorado as one of seven kids. She began dancing and acting professionally at the end of the 90s. She was part of Boulder Dinner Theatre, and later the Country Dinner Playhouse. She then moved to an area theatre located in Minnesota in which she was featured in a documentary mock-up concerning beauty pageants Drop Dead Gorgeous (1999). In Los Angeles, she pursued an acting career after her film debut, in where she played the dizzy, but friendly contestant. She also raised Kelly Curtis, Jamie Lee Curtis. Leigh started her career in film after signing a MGM contract in the late 1940s. Her work was noticed by actress and model Norma shearer. She appeared in several popular films over the following decade like Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho (1960) and Living It Up (a Martin and Lewis-film from 1954).
