Dwayne is the primary pastor of Wellspring Church since 2007. The church was founded in Charlotte, North Carolina. He serves as a board member for the Acts 29 Network and he acts as the director of Pastoral Care for the network. His passion is to train the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He is a Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the author of several online articles as well as a co-author in Christ Centered biblical counseling: changing lives through God's eternal Word (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne, his wife Leslie and their three kids.
